Brooke Iltis
Brooke Iltis, owner of Iltis Real Estate, has over ten years of experience in the real estate business and is excited to be able to put that knowledge and experience to work for you. Iltis was born and raised in Big Rapids, MI which she believes has given her the opportunity to help her clients with their goals of buying or selling real estate in this particular area as she understands this market extremely well. She also believes that each real estate transaction she has been a part of has taught her something new about the real estate business. In most cases, friendships have also blossomed from the work that she has provided.
In 2004 she married her husband John Iltis, and together the two have owned and operated Iltis Construction since 1999. The two have three daughters together and enjoy spending their summers on the Muskegon River boating, jet skiing, tubing, and fishing. The winter months provide the Iltis family with the opportunity to focus on home projects and time to brainstorm for the upcoming busy season.

I am a Michigan native who was born out of Cadillac and raised in various parts of Wexford County. I spent my teenage years and early 20s working in customer service, sales, and restaurant management.
During the last couple of years, I wanted to help make a difference in not only my community, but other people's lives as well. That's when I discovered real estate. Now that I am a full time realtor, I strive to bring the highest level of integrity and commitment to all areas of my work.
As a real estate agent, my first priority is to ensure that all my clients' needs are met with comfortability, and satisfaction of the real estate process.
Outside of real estate, my hobbies consist of drone videography/photography, traveling, writing, and music creation. I grew up flying RC drones and hope to input my hobby into my career in the future. I am a proud owner of two pets, a cat and a snake (ball python). I also enjoy partaking in community events with my friends and family.
